MOA:EFF: Chlorpheniramine: antihistamine; Pseudoephedrine: sympathomimetic

CI: Known hypersensitivity to the product; HTN, CAD, glaucoma, MAOI Tx in the past 2wk, TCA, sympathomimetic Tx

AE: Skin rash, sleep disturbances, drowsiness, dizziness, GI disturbances, N/V, headache, dry mouth, urinary retention

W&P: May impair ability to operate heavy machinery; bronchial asthma, HTN, CI/RI/HI, hyperthyroidism, prostatic enlargement, DM; patients confined to the supine position; PRC C, Lact?

IND:DOS: Dry cough, allergic rhinitis: Adults & CH>12yo: 10ml Syrup PO tid; CH 6-12yo: 5ml Syrup PO tid; CH 2-6yo: 2.5ml Syrup PO tid
