COMP:DF: Metoclopramide: Tab 10mg; Inj 10mg/2ml; Solution (oral) 100mg/100ml; Oral Drops 260mg/100ml; Suppositories 10mg, 20mg

MOA: Dopamine receptor antagonist → antiemetic

CI: Known hypersensitivity to the product, GI hemorrhage/obstruction/perforation/surgery, Hx of TD, pheochromocytoma, lactation

AE: Dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, headache, hyperprolactinemia, mastalgia, gynecomastia, dry mouth, diarrhea, constipation

W&P: Epilepsy, severe RI/HI, porphyria; PRC B, Lact - 

IND:DOS: Nausea, emesis, prokinetic: Adults: 5-10mg PO tid or 10mg IV/IM prn or 20-40mg PR div qd-bid; CH>10yo: 5mg PO/IM/IV/PR tid; CH 5-10yo: 5mg PO/IM/IV/PR bid
